Ecrion Omni System provides the flexibility for you to customize what you would like to do with the outputs you generate.  In this section, we will highlight the available tasks related to post processing actions that will determine what is to be done with your generated outputs.

Storage and Distribution:

archive - Used to produce a ZIP file of job files.

archive-to-file - Used to produce a ZIP file of specified job files and send to a specified directory.

copy-to-folder - Used to copy produced files to destination directories.

copy-to-ftp - Used to copy produced files to destination FTP URL specified.

copy-to-sharepoint - Used to copy produced files to a destination folder in SharePoint URL specified.

distribution - Used to email produced files to specified recipients.
