The Maintenance task is available to you as a valuable component of repository management. This task can typically be used in its own workflow that is set up to run on a schedule. The purpose of this task is to delete older jobs and their included files which can consume space. You can set this task to delete jobs older than a specified amount of time in hours, days, or months. Whenever this task is run, it will delete the jobs as specified.

Configuration
There are only a few simple steps to configuring the Maintenance task.

• | Select Time Unit - You should first specify the time unit by selecting from three available choices in the provided drop down menu: Hours, Days, or Months. |
• | Specify Count - Next, you will need to add the numerical value of the count in relation to your specified Time Unit. |
After completing these configuration steps, you should select the Update Button to preserve your edits to this Task. You may now want to set up a schedule to run this workflow. If you finished configuring the Job, select the Save button in order to save all the settings for the Job.
