Creating a New Project

If you would like to Create a New Project, you can easily accomplish this by selecting New Project in the Details Window.

Creating Your Project Folder

Your first step is to actually select New Project in the Details Window.  Ecrion Omni System will then open the Create Folder page to easily allow you to begin.  You will now simply need to enter the  desired folder name and select Create.

NOTE: Make sure "Is Project" is checked.

 

Once you have selected the New Folder, Ecrion Omni System will display the Project Details for your new Project.  Your new project does not contain any Files or Settings Configured.  You will notice the new Project name is located in the Module Selection Menu.

Building Your Project

Now that you've created your new Project, the following helpful links should assist you in adding files, selecting workflow tasks, adding schedules, and much more to meet your document production needs.

 

Working with Files - Add, delete, and edit your project files.
Configure Project Settings - Add schedules, notifications, and select the tasks in your project workflow.
Running a Project - Test your project for desired outputs and behaviors.
