Overview: This dialog can be used for setting the name of a new page layout.
Accessing:
| • | To display the dialog, the New Page Layout button located in the Layouts group under the Page Layout tab must be selected. |
| • | Also, the dialog can be accessed by enabling the Pagination bar, right-clicking on the Layouts header and choosing the Add Page Layout option. |
