Overview:

Sometimes it is mandatory to change a document's font and it can take a lot of time to manually replace the font for every paragraph.

Solution:

The easiest way to change the font for a whole sequence of pages is to modify the font properties for all fo:flow elements and (if needed) all fo:static-content elements using the Navigation bar.

1. First, the cursor must be placed in the page sequence for which the font will be edited and select fo:flow element (fo:static-content if needed) from the Navigation bar.

2. The element must be right-clicked upon from the Navigation bar and the Properties option from the contextual menu selected in order to display the Properties dialog bar.

3. Next, the dialog launcher button located next to Font must be selected and the Font dialog will be displayed. In this dialog the user can customize the font's attributes.

4. The font can also be changed by selecting the Font dialog box launcher located in the Font group under the Home tab.
