If you have configured an email distribution task for any of your projects, the Distribution Module can be used to track and obtain useful information about the emails that Ecrion Omni System sends when your project runs.  In this module, you can access Distribution Queues to view the emailing of produced documents as defined in your task.

Usage

As Figure 1 demonstrates, you can view all of your past Queues. A queue represents the distribution task that was executed by one of your projects.  In this example, only one distribution task has been called by Ecrion Omni System but it has been run several times.  You can investigate the individual email distributions by simply selecting the Queue Name.

 

Here you will be able to access the to and from addresses, subjects used, and body of each email.  You will want to use this module to ensure no errors are occurring when configuring email distribution tasks.
