Ecrion Omni System uses Packages to preserve a project in its current state. Packages will prove to be useful for providing a fallback point for any project, initiating review and approval workflows, and preserving all project assets (templates, style sheets, workflows, etc...) exactly as they are at the time of the Package.

More on Packages

Packages should be used whenever modifications are made to a Project.  It is recommended that Packages are created before and after modifications are made.  If you make a modification to a Project and testing fails based on that modification, you can always choose to fall back to a previous Package that tested successfully.

Additionally, when a Package is created, you will have the opportunity to push the Package through a review and approval workflow.  The Package will then follow a series of pre-defined steps notifying specific Ecrion Omni System users to review and approve the Project as it is found in that Package.

You can learn more about the Package Menu as well as further configurations in the Projects Module section of the help documentation.
