Imagine a Package as taking a photograph of everything in your project exactly as it is at one specific moment in time. At any point in time, you can restore a previous Package or simply delete it. This may prove to be useful to you when testing a newer Package might fail and you need to restore a previous Package that has proven to test successfully. When Restoring a Package, this will be used as the latest version when running a Project.
