Overview: The Insert Note dialog allows the user to insert a comment (note) into the diagram.

 

Accessing: This dialog can be accessed by selecting the Note button located in the Tools group, under the Home tab.

 

 

After the Title and Name fields are filled in, the Note is inserted and can be edited again by either double clicking on it in Design View, or modifying the content from Text View.
