The xfj:imposition element specifies the placement of pages on the sheets. Imposition is used to place the pages in a certain manner on a large sheet, such that when it is folded, all the pages come into place and resemble a book. Newspaper sheets are the most common example of imposition.

The children of the xfj:imposition element are of the type xfj:sheet-layout.

       <xfj:imposition>

               <!-- one or two xfj:sheet-layout elements -->

       </xfj:imposition>

If one xfj:sheet-layout is specified, then it defines the front of the sheet.

If two xfj:sheet-layout are specified, then the first is the front of the sheet and the second is the back of the sheet.
