In the BI Architect toolbar you will find the important options to Save and Export. These options are useful when ensuring that your design work is preserved regularly as well as investigating the actual output in your desired format.

You can Save your work at any time by selecting the Save button in the Edit group in the toolbar.

 

You can Export your dashboard for previewing outputs by using the Export options available to you in the toolbar.

 

It should also be noted that Save and Save As options are available by selecting the File option in the Side Menu.
